With more than four decades of experience as a performer, director and theatre coach, Alessio guides schools, community groups and amateur ensembles through every stage of the creative process. His goal is never simply to produce a successful performance, but to create an environment in which people discover new abilities, grow in confidence and experience the power of working together.

Growing up in a Montessori educational environment encouraged Alessio’s creativity and independent thinking from an early age. This experience continues to shape his artistic approach today. Participants are encouraged to contribute their own ideas, explore new possibilities and work collaboratively to create meaningful and memorable theatre.
