The seminars continue in their own unique way – inspired by the work and legacy of Dominic Fischer.
Every person leaves their own mark.
Some through knowledge.
Some through achievement.
Some through the way they meet and connect with others.
Alessio Paoletti is one of those people who make meaningful encounters possible.
Born in Rome in 1969, his path led him from philosophy to the performing arts and onto the streets, public squares, and stages of Europe. He studied Philosophy at La Sapienza University in Rome, completed his acting training at the renowned Jacques Lecoq School in Paris, and further developed his artistic work through international workshops, theatre, dance, acrobatics, directing, and performance art.
For more than forty years, Alessio has dedicated his life to the art of human connection.
As a street artist, actor, director, performer, magician, and creative facilitator, he has reached people from many different cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life. International festivals and stages in Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Switzerland have shaped his journey, as have the countless encounters with people in public spaces—places where art becomes immediate and where no distance exists between performer and audience.
This extraordinary life experience can be felt in his work.
Alessio meets people with openness, warmth, and a natural presence. He possesses the rare ability to create trust. Without roles. Without barriers. Without the need to hide behind a façade.
His strength does not lie in impressing people.
His strength lies in reaching them.
He combines philosophical depth with lightness, creativity with experience, and inspiration with genuine humanity. He speaks German, Italian, Spanish, French, and English and moves as naturally between cultures as he does between people.
Today, Alessio continues the seminars that were shaped over many years by Dominic Fischer, doing so with deep respect for their origins.
Not because he could replace Dominic.
No one can.
And Alessio would never try to.
Every person has their own way of inspiring others.
Dominic Fischer touched people through his extraordinary presence, his experience, and his unique view of the world.
Alessio touches people through openness, closeness, and his ability to create genuine connection.
The paths are different.
The values remain the same.
Courage.
Creativity.
Personal growth.
Trust in one’s own potential.
The joy of life and learning.
What emerges is not a repetition of the past, but a living continuation.
With an awareness of what came before.
With respect for the legacy of Dominic Fischer.
And with the conviction that every person has the right to bring their own unique signature into the world.
Alessio Paoletti continues this path in his own way:
Alive.
Authentic.
Human.
And always with the trust that there is far more potential within each person than they often believe themselves to possess.
